The château as a holiday home

The 18th century hunting lodge of the famous marquis Luigi Durand de La Penne has been tastefully converted and renovated into five spacious apartments, all meeting modern day standards of comfort. Yet, the country atmosphere remains.

The apartments

Each of the apartments consists of a living, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. All apartments offer a splendid view. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living/dining room with two large fireplaces, a large kitchen with semi professional appliances and a fireplace as well. Moreover there are two bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath and shower. The entire house accommodates up to 22 guests.

The entire château is available as holiday home or you can choose one or more apartments.

Activity and peace and quiet

The estate covers some 9 hectares and allows you to find a quiet spot inside or out at the pool or on one of the terraces around the house. The château is ideal for groups or for family gatherings.

Holiday home facilities

You will find a very complete house with a table tennis set, jeu de boules of course, some bikes and a few golf clubs. The park offers a great opportunity to exercise your “golf rural."

Catering of “cuisine familiale” meals can be provided by the local kitchen princess.

Private pool

East of the house you will find the private swimming pool of 7 by 14 m with a panoramic view of the mountains behind Grasse.
